As Bill Briggs travels home to Hilliard, Ohio, he reflects on the day’s activities and finds self-satisfaction in knowing that he respectfully and courteously approached the day with his client’s best interest, at heart. “Facilitating a positive and enjoyable buying or selling process, is how I define my expectations. Once this is accomplished, then I consider my responsibilities to have been met and my job well done!”
My family and I have lived and worked in Dublin for 20 years and I’ve been a HECM Consultant for 14 of those years. I have a passion for helping our Baby Boomers effectively manage their home equity as they move into their retirement years.
I became a member of GDRA a little over a year ago and have met some great people who work in and around the realtor and building businesses. I am looking forward to working with this great group of realtors and affiliates as Secretary in 2017. Dublin is a great place to live and GDRA does so much to help not only the realtor community, but the community at large.

Being part of this group has been instrumental in getting to know many in the industry I may not have had the opportunity to otherwise. As well there is camaraderie within the organization that encourages many of the longtime members to participate week after week. I am honored to be the Treasurer of the Greater Dublin Realtors Association.
My commitment to customer service and a strong background as a professional in the real estate industry has established me as a qualified lending specialist. My real estate career has taught me a lot about the value of personal relationships. I am proud to serve this association & consider all of you family. Last year our group was over 350 members strong! We have the largest number of Realtors of any current association in the Columbus MLS! Don’t hesitate to contact me about our website.
GDRA is a well-attended meeting with both affiliates, Realtors, & other real estate related service providers who come together to sell properties but have become a close group of friends. Our hearts are large & our welcome warm as we do life & work together. I’m proud to serve you.
I am excited to say, 2017 will be my 24th year in the title insurance industry. My career in title insurance began in 1993 to present, with experience in processing, director of sales and title office manager. I became a State of Ohio Licensed Title Insurance Agent in 1996.
My experience in the title insurance industry is primarily focused on customer service, in all aspect of the closing transaction. My priority in providing “Peace of Mind” for the real estate professional!
I served the Columbus Realtor Association as Affiliate Director in 2011-2012 and was honored to be named Affiliate of The Year by the Columbus Realtor Association in 2004. Over the years, I have served on many committees, in various roles at the Columbus Realtor Association and several local area Realtor associations. I look forward to serving the Greater Dublin Realtor Association as their Sergeant at Arms.
Giving back is extremely important to me. It is that commitment to our community which led me to my position as an account executive at World Class Title. It's that commitment which led me to GDRA. Giving back is what sets the Greater Dublin Realty Association above and beyond. To work closely with colleagues and affiliates in a positive environment has been more fulfilling than I could've ever imagined. That being said, it is with great pride, I jump on board as a Social Media Coordinator, next to my dear friend Dave McKee. I'm very excited to see what goals this group of incredible members can accomplish in 2017! We all know, GDRA rocks! And if you don't know - join us and find out!
I have been in the mortgage industry and a Dublin resident for over 31 years and look forward to sharing information about the Dublin community and Dublin City Schools to our members. My goal is to share information that you may not be aware of about our City and schools. My wife and I are very invested in our community and happy to share what makes Dublin so special!
Membership is the lifeblood of any organization, and GDRA is no exception. As such, it is my honor to serve as the Membership Director for the balance of 2016 and hopefully into the future. I have been a member of GDRA for four years and it has brought a richness to my life thru my relationships with so many of the members and especially the leadership group!
Professionally I am a Senior Mortgage Banker/Loan Originator with Evolve Bank & Trust. I have been involved in finance and sales for thirty plus years. In addition to being President & CEO of Odd Jobs, a Handyman and Remodeling Services business, I have my commercial real estate license with RE/MAX Town Center &
have held a real estate license since 2006.
I believe that honesty, passion & a sense of purpose for being in our industry, strong communication & delegation skills plus an even stronger sense of humor are vital to the success of our business. Those of you who know me also know the value that I place in community service. I am proud to serve the GDRA membership as they are among the friendliest, hardest working group of socially committed individuals I have ever had the privilege of working with.
To that end, I have also been honored to serve as 2015 immediate past Vice President of GDRA, a board member of the Buckeye Ranch & the coordinator of the New Albany Realty Association's golf outings. I co-chaired the 2014 Jack Hanna event and the 2015 Dom Tiberi Maria's Message fund raiser event for our GDRA community.
